Introduction

The Central Division HQ is stationed at Suparitar of Makwanpur District. Its AOR consists of the entire Central Development Region except the Kathmandu valley. The Area of Responsibility of this Division is 27,410 sq km. The Divisional AOR consists of 16 Districts. The population of the AOR of Central Division is 80,31,629 and the literacy rate is 46.5%.
