Introduction

The Western Division HQ is stationed at Pokhara and its AOR consists of the entire Western Development Region. The Area of Responsibility of this Division is 29,398 sq km and a total of 16 districts are under this Division. The population of the AOR of Western Division is 45,71,013 and the literacy rate is 61.8%.
