NA high level delegation leaves for India

The Nepalese Army (NA) high level delegation led by Maj. Gen. Daman Bahadur Ghale) left for New Delhi on Friday for a week-long visit to India from 28th January to 4th February 2010. The seven-member team will visit various important installations of the Indian Army located at different places to study the administrative, training and welfare activities of the Indian military. The delegation will visit the Central Command of Indian Army in New Delhi and the Formation Headquarters in Lucknow, Barreli, Ranikhet and Nainital. In New Delhi, Maj. Gen. Ghale will also meet India's chief of Army Staff General V K Singh. The visit is part of the regular exchange of visits to boost the bilateral relations between the two armies.
