CoAS General Gaurav SJB Rana visited the Mid Division and Eastern Div of Nepalese Army (NA) on October 28-29, 2013.

On the first day of his inspection visit, Gen Rana visited the Mid Division HQ, Hetauda. He interacted with the local bureaucrats and, regional chiefs of security agencies at Mid Div HQ about the present security situation with respect to CA Elections. He also visited the various units under command of Mid Div at Parsa, Rautahat, Sarlahi and Dhanusa.

On October 29, Gen Rana visited the Eastern Div HQ, Itahari. He interacted with the regional administrator and regional chiefs of security agencies during his visit to gain the general knowledge about the Area of Responsibility.  He also visited different units at Bhojpur and Saptari. Gen Rana returned to Kathmandu on the same day.
