The seventh day of Dashain festival "Phulpati Badhai- 2076" was celebrated amid a special ceremony organised by Nepali Army at the Army Pavilion, Tundikhel, on Octoberer 05, 2019. The Chief Guest of the ceremony, Supreme Commander of Nepali Army Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari, observed the Phulpati during the function.

At the beginning, Right Honourable President Bidya Devi Bhandari received a Guard of Honor presented by Nepali Army. The Nepali Army contingents displayed Rifle fires and volley of Cannon fire. At the end of the programme, the Nepali Army Band and the different contingents displayed the march past.

Sharma Oli, Right Honorable Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JBR, Right Honorable Chairman of National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Ministers, Chief of Constitutional Bodies, Chief Secretary, Secretariats, Former Chiefs of Nepali Army, Chiefs of Security Forces, Generals of Nepali Army, Military Attaches, High Ranking Officers of Nepal Government, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force, Media Persons, Officers and Other Ranks of Nepali Army were also present on the occasion.
