The best articles of the "Sipahi Barshik 2076" and "The Shivapuri 2020" were felicitated during a felicitation ceremony organized at the Nepali Army (NA) auditorium, Bhadrakali on September 14, 2020.

Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Purna Chandra Thapa, the Chief Guest of the ceremony, gave away cash prizes and certificates to the best ten articles of “Sipahi Barsik 2076″ (53^rd edition) and “The Shivapuri 2020” (21^st edition). Brigadier General Shantosh Ballave Poudyal's 'Reorganizing The NA: Making A Case for Hybrid Warfare and Smaller Formations' published in the Sipahi Barshik bagged the first prize to receive NRs 50,000/-. Likewise, Lt Col Anil Kumar Budhathoki’s 'Nepal's Trade and Transit Dilemma' published in the Sipahi Barshik received NRs 35,000/- and Lt Col Sudhir Pratap Singh’s 'Indo-Pacific Strategy: A Background Analysis and Nepal’s Outlook' published in the Shivapuri Journal received NRs 25,000/- for standing in the second & third positions respectively.

COAS Gen Thapa also felicitated the jury members of the competition with certificates and memento.

Chief of the General Staff (CGS), Commandant of the Army Command and Staff College (ACSC), jury members and participants among others were also present during the ceremony.
