The Ser. No. 10 Higher Command and Management Course (HCMC) commenced amid a special opening ceremony held at the Nepali Army War College, Nagarkot. on August 29, 2021. Major General Bal Krishna Karki graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest.

The three-month course is being attended by 29 student officers of the Nepali Army in the ranks of Colonel at Nepali Army War College, Nagarkot.

Addressing the ceremony, Major General Karki extended his congratulations to the participating officers for being selected to attend the course. Speaking on the occasion, Maj Gen Karki reminds that the Higher Command & Management Course was started with the aim of enhancing professional military education of the senior officers.

Also present at the programme were serving and retired General officers of NA, ex-commandant of the Nepali Army War College, faculty members & officers of the Nepali Army.
